We guarantee consistent, high product quality and if there is ever a problem, our internal quality assurance program guarantees a timely response. Jones’ 5-tier quality program is built on the protocol of ISO 9001. All of our employees are trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and we are currently developing a HACCP protocol specific to the packaging industry with the Federal Government and the Guelph Food & Technology Centre.

Our quality guarantee is uniquely headed by a Quality Assurance Manager who is dedicated to managing our internal audit teams, and our Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs who is dedicated to supplier audits and CSA protocol management. This commitment to superior quality sets us apart.
