With a dedicated staff of internal customer service representatives and in-field representatives across Canada and the U.S. making regular on-site visits,
we have a unique strength in customer service. Our team has both French and English bilingual capabilities.

Dedicated manufacturing equipment expressly designed for the pharmacy industry allows Jones to offer expedited timely shipment of all products. Our in-house art department is also available to help with label or bag design, another value-added service to our customers.

As part of our demonstrated commitment to customer service, we will be adding an online ordering function in the near future.
