We guarantee consistent, high quality products and if there is ever a problem, our internal quality assurance program guarantees a timely response. Jones is proud to have been the first folding carton company in Canada to be registered ISO 9001 and our 5-tier quality program is built on that protocol. All of our employees are trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and we are currently developing a HACCP protocol specific to the packaging industry with the Federal Government, the Guelph Food & Technology Centre and the Packaging Association of Canada.
Our quality guarantee is uniquely headed by a Quality Assurance Manager who is dedicated to managing our internal audit teams, and our Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs who is dedicated to supplier audits and CSA protocol management. This commitment to superior quality sets us apart.
