Customer Service

With more than 11 professionals in our Customer Service team - we offer the highest ratio of client support staff to clients of anyone in our industry.

Trained in project management, prepress protocols and knowledgeable in our manufacturing capabilities - this team is ready to guide your product launch or repeat orders in a timely, efficient manner.

Through our SAP platform, we measure the time used by our Customer Service team for each activity in the front end of our process - from order receipt to estimating to scheduling of your run. We do this with the goal of reducing cycle time in our business, so that we can meet the speed to market requirements of your business.

We have recently developed a new role within this team which we offer to new
clients in transition to us, or to existing clients with a complex product launch. This “de-risking” role has been tremendously successful for a number of client projects and has ensured that the move to Jones was seamless and all details were managed optimally.
